Powersurge Champions Our Community
Powersurge has a long history in the New Zealand design community, having produced bespoke metal works for some of New Zealand’s most design-forward commercial spaces and beautiful homes.
Powersurge has worked alongside many of our country’s most acclaimed architects and interior designers, and built enduring relationships which inform their ongoing design practice. This journey has led them to work with esteemed clients, such as interior designers Katie Lockhart and Rufus Knight, architectural practices Ponting Fitzgerald, Jose Gutierrez and Sumich Chaplin and interior creative studio Material Creative to name but a few.
The company headed by Todd Stevenson and Andrea Harradine has grown over the years from designing and building bespoke metalwork for commercial and residential projects, to developing a range of international award winning lighting and home accents for Powersurge’s own Home Collection.
All of Powersurge’s products and bespoke work our made in-house at their studio in Tāmaki Makaurau by a dedicated team of craftsman.
Powersurge is very much a champion of conscious consumerism and their choice of material for their products reflects this.
The enduring qualities of timeless design, as well as robustness of brass makes for “forever pieces” - objects that last a lifetime and act as antidote to cheaper throw away products destined to end in landfill.
Powersurge looks forward to sharing their wealth of knowledge through their relationship with the Best Design Awards.
